History
Ray's Beauty School Ltd. has been providing quality Hairdressing training in the lower mainland of B.C. for nearly ten years. First opened in 1991 in South Vancouver with just six students, Ray's Beauty School Ltd. has since moved to its new West Broadway location. We are now graduating an average class of 30 students per year. Ray's Beauty School Ltd. is committed to providing a high quality training environment which will produce competent and professional Hairdressing graduates.

We have been offering high quality Hairdressing training to the students of Vancouver and surrounding areas of the lower mainland in B.C. for over 10 years. Our qualified Instructors are experienced veterans in the Hairdressing industry with extensive theoretical knowledge coupled with up-to-date technical skills.
Real World Training for the Real World.
Students are given the advantage of training in a real-world Salon environment, practising on actual clients and performing a wide range of quality Hair services—all under the supervision of qualified instructors. They are exposed to actual life situations giving them valuable experience they can carry on to apply in Salons when they graduate. In addition to close, personal instruction, our students are regularly treated to lectures, demos and seminars held by visiting industry professionals, salon owners and manufacturer representatives.
Location
Ray's Beauty School Ltd. is located on 568 West Broadway, just a minute's walk from Vancouver City Hall, City Centre Mall, Vancouver General Hospital and 15 minutes from the Downtown core. We are surrounded by a strip of shops, boutiques, coffee houses and restaurants and are located near public transit access.
Campus
The campus is housed in an 1800 square feet training centre with two classrooms and a 12 workstation salon area. Our newly renovated campus provides state-of-the art training environment equipped with a fully furnished Salon simulation environment.
